The Person Behind The Work
I'm Shelley — founder of Ink + Think, based in Toowoomba.
I started out in construction and customer service across regional Queensland before moving into infrastructure, assets management, and eventually strategy, marketing and business consulting. It's an unconventional path — and it's exactly why the work I do is different.
For 15+ years I've worked with leaders who are serious about doing things properly — running strategy workshops, building systems and processes, sitting on boards, and delivering intentional marketing. I kept seeing the same thing: brilliant business owners with the drive to grow, but without the right structure, strategy or support around them. That's the problem I built this business to solve. I stay until it's done.

I'm direct, but I'm not blunt for the sake of it. I'll challenge your thinking — because that's where the best ideas come from — but I'll always do it with care for your business and your people.
I don't leave loose ends. If something needs to happen, it happens. If something isn't working, I'll tell you — and I'll bring a solution, not just a problem.
And I genuinely believe the best idea wins. Not the loudest voice, not the biggest budget, not the way it's always been done. The best idea.
